Original Post (4/15/22): 55-year-old Billy Ray Turner was last seen at Ben Taub Hospital in Houston on April 8, 2022. Billy is approximately 6’ 6” tall, bald (shaved hair), brown eyes, and a dark-brown complexion. Billy was last seen wearing a teal striped shirt, brown khaki shorts, and black work shoes. Billy Ray Turner may be disoriented, confused, and possibly walking around the Texas Medical Center.
